Terms of Service

1. Service Description

RideMeister GmbH provides premium chauffeur services in Switzerland, including:

• Point-to-Point Transfers • Hourly Chauffeur Services • Airport Transfers

All services are subject to vehicle and driver availability. We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of equal or higher class when necessary.

2. Booking Process

Bookings can be made through our website, email, or phone. A booking is confirmed when:

• You receive a confirmation email • Payment has been processed

Please verify all booking details carefully. Changes after confirmation may incur additional charges.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT where applicable.

• Payment is required at time of booking • We accept major credit cards and TWINT • Final price is calculated based on selected service, vehicle class, and distance • Waiting time beyond the free allowance is charged per hour

4. Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy:

• More than 24 hours before: Full refund • 2-24 hours before: 50% charge • Less than 2 hours before: 100% charge • No-show: 100% charge

Cancellations must be made in writing (email or through your account).

5. Liability

RideMeister maintains comprehensive insurance coverage. Our liability is limited to:

• Personal injury: As per Swiss law • Property damage: Up to CHF 1,000,000 • Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or circumstances beyond our control

We recommend travel insurance for time-critical journeys.

6. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters • Severe weather conditions • Civil unrest or terrorism • Government actions or restrictions • Pandemics or health emergencies

7. Complaints

We strive for excellence in every ride. If you have a complaint:

• Contact us within 48 hours of the service • Email: support@ridemeister.ch • We will respond within 5 business days • Disputes may be referred to the Swiss Ombudsman for fair resolution

8. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Swiss law.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.

9. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
